PowerCare™ 5-Year Registered Limited Warranty – Program Disclosure
The PowerCare™ 5-Year Registered Limited Warranty is available exclusively for eligible PowerMax PM3-SME Series Converter Chargers purchased through PowerMax or an authorized PowerMax dealer, distributor, or retailer.
To qualify for the extended warranty, the product must be registered within 30 days of the original purchase date. Coverage is valid only for the original purchaser, is non-transferable, and requires proof of purchase for all Warranty claims.
The PowerCare™ 5-Year Registered Limited Warranty extends PowerMax’s standard limited Warranty coverage to a total of five (5) years from the original date of purchase. The Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal installation and operating conditions. It does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, water intrusion, corrosion, normal wear, or any use outside the product’s intended application.
During the Warranty period, PowerMax will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace a product determined to be defective with a new or refurbished unit of equal or comparable value.
The standard PowerMax Warranty process will apply during the initial Warranty period. Extended Warranty claims may require the product to be returned directly to PowerMax for inspection and Warranty determination.
This program applies only to qualifying PM3-SME Series Converter Chargers and does not apply to any other PowerMax products unless expressly stated by PowerMax in writing.
PowerMax reserves the right to modify or discontinue the PowerCare™ 5-Year Registered Limited Warranty program for future purchases at any time. Changes will not affect products that have already qualified and been properly registered under the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
