Return and Refund Policy

PowerMax Converters Warranty / Return and Refund Policy

  • Return Policy – Customers ordering directly from PowerMax can return goods within 14 days of purchase if they are unsatisfied with the product.
  • Refund Policy – Customers who purchased directly from PowerMax will receive a refund within 10 business days, provided the products purchased are returned in full working order, undamaged and in their original packaging. Once the products are checked and deemed working the refund will be processed back to the same Credit Card used for the original purchase.
  • Limited Warranty – PowerMax Converters warrants products it sells against faulty workmanship or the use of defective materials and that such products will conform to published specifications, drawings, and other descriptions for a period of two years.
  • Warranty Return Policy – In the unlikely event of a defective PowerMax product, there are no forms to fill out. Once the customer has contacted Tech Support and the product is determined to be defective, PowerMax will ship a replacement unit within 24 hours. A return label will be provided to return the defective unit in the packaging from the new unit. The customer must return the unit within 48 hours of receipt of the new unit. PowerMax will invoice the customer for the replacement unit if the defective unit is not returned.
  • Cancellation Policy – Customers may cancel an order prior to items being processed and shipped. If the item has been shipped, then they will need to follow the Return & Refund Policies as noted above.
