Warranty, Returns – Refund Policy

At PowerMax Converters, we stand behind the quality, reliability, and performance of every product we manufacture and sell. Our goal is to provide straightforward warranty support, fast technical assistance, and a hassle-free return process.

Returns & Refunds

Customers who purchase directly from PowerMax Converters may return eligible products within 14 days of purchase if they are unsatisfied with the product.
To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be returned in full working condition
  • Items must be undamaged and include original packaging and accessories
  • Returns may be inspected and tested prior to approval

Once the returned product has been received and verified, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method used at purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified PowerMax error or warranty defect.

Limited Warranty

PowerMax Converters warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions for a period of two (2) years from the original purchase date unless otherwise specified.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper installation or wiring
  • Misuse, abuse or neglect
  • Reverse polarity
  • Water intrusion or environmental damage
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Operations outside published specifications

PowerMax reserves the right to repair or replace defective products at its discretion.

Warranty Replacement Process

In the unlikely event of a product issue, simply contact PowerMax Technical Support for troubleshooting assistance. If the product is determined to be defective under Warranty, PowerMax may ship a replacement unit—often within 24 business hours.
A prepaid return label may be provided for the defective unit. Customers are expected to return the defective product promptly using the packaging from the replacement unit. Failure to return the defective product may result in invoicing for the replacement unit.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment processing. Once an order has shipped, customers must follow the Return & Refund Policy outlined above.
Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once production has begun.

Genuine PowerMax Products & Authorized Sellers

To ensure warranty coverage and product authenticity, customers should purchase directly from PowerMax Converters or an authorized dealer.

Products purchased through unauthorized sellers, third-party marketplaces, liquidation channels, or resellers may not qualify for warranty coverage or technical support. Counterfeit and imitation power products are becoming increasingly common online. While some products may appear similar cosmetically, they may not meet PowerMax standards for safety, charging performance, low ripple output, or reliability. PowerMax cannot guarantee the condition, authenticity, or warranty eligibility of products purchased from unauthorized sources.
