Company History
PowerMax Converters is a privately held company, established in 2011, located in Bradenton, FL. PowerMax was started with a goal in mind: Provide a quality, economical option for converters and related power supply products. To that end, PowerMax has grown to be one of the leading suppliers of electrical products to over (20) markets and industries. Our staff has over (50) years of combined experience in power products, ensuring that when you choose PowerMax, you are working with the experts in the field.

Errin Tribble
VP Sales
Errin Tribble, the founder and President of PowerMax Converters has a long history with converters and electrical power supply components. In fact, it might be said that there is no one more knowledgeable in this field than Errin Tribble.
Errin started out with Todd Engineering, but when they went out of business, Errin landed as National Sales Manager for the Power Products division of IOTA Engineering. Errin was responsible for substantial growth at IOTA, not just in the RV Industry but in the many new markets that Errin brought to the customer base. Errin expanded the Power Products Division from a minor RV player to a major manufacturer of converters and related power products. Errin also spearheaded the acquisition of the Todd distribution center tooling and would ultimately oversee the transition to IOTA, as well as making sure that the customer demands for panels and fuse blocks were met.
After 10 successful years at IOTA, Errin decided that the timing was right to relocate to Florida and start PowerMax from scratch. With his extensive knowledge of the industry, not just customers, but also manufacturers, Errin was able to secure a manufacturing partner and begin having converters manufactured under the PowerMax name. From this beginning, in 11 years Errin has grown PowerMax to be one of the premier manufacturers of converters, chargers and related electrical products and power supplies. In addition to industry standard products, Errin has introduced many innovative improvements, as well as ground-breaking new innovative electrical components that fulfill a need in the many markets in which PowerMax provides quality products.
Graham McWilliam
National Sales Manager
Graham McWilliam’s journey spans continents and industries, beginning with his roots in England, where he pursued a passion for hospitality and studied Hotel Management until the age of 21. His path led him across the Atlantic to Los Angeles, California, where he met his wife and raised four children.
In LA, Graham ventured into entrepreneurship, owning and operating a successful limousine business for a decade. Seeking new challenges, he returned to England and joined the largest executive hire company in the UK, gaining valuable experience in transportation logistics.
Driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, John eventually launched his own transportation business, which thrived for five years before he relocated to sunny Florida. It was there that fate intervened when John crossed paths with Errin, the visionary founder of PowerMax. Their connection, forged through their children attending the same school, led to Graham joining PowerMax.
For the past 13 years, Graham has been an integral part of PowerMax’s growth and success, contributing his expertise to solidify the company’s position as an industry leader. Now, as he looks forward to the next stage of his life, Graham is excitedly anticipating becoming a grandparent, cherishing the opportunities that lie ahead while continuing to contribute to PowerMax’s journey of innovation and excellence.

At PowerMax we pride ourselves on having the product you need when you need it. From our main warehouse in Bradenton, FL and a local warehouse in Elkhart, IN, we are typically able to ship product the same day. Additionally, PowerMax has partnered with major distributors in many of the markets we serve to provide localized stock of the most popular quality PowerMax products.
